The Glamour Event is created out of a need to make it easy for Muslims to meet partners for marriage in a Sharia Complaint way. Often in places like weddings, supermarkets, airports, conferences or cinemas, young men seeking a wife see ladies they are attracted to, but end up not approaching them because the situation is not conducive or may be embarrassing.
The truth is most single ladies seeking a husband also constantly see potential partners but can't talk to them. If we take the shocking statistics of the rate of unmarried people in our Ummah, then it becomes clear why it is time for an event such as the 'Meet a Righteous Spouse' Glamour Event to take place. The beauty of this event is that singles intermix in a supervised sharia compliant environment and the discussion is done strictly with marriage as the purpose.
This means the participants know they are basing their attraction on it, becoming a reason for marriage rather than a non-Islamic dating relationship.
